What's your favorite part of working for a buy here pay here car lot?
I have many favorites for working at a buy here pay here lot. To start, I have built a team of strong hard working staff members that care about the well being of our company and our 5,000 accounts driving on North Texas Roads. Another would be that we have a team in Arlington that strives for the best customer experience for every customer we come in contact with. This makes the daily process of delivering cars simple & fast. At MCMC ARLINGTON, we strive to make car buying and financing easy! To end the coolest part is that we have thrived on customer referrals for the last 10 years and every year the referrals continue to grow.
Why do you sell cars?
We don't just sell cars. We deliver financing for buyers with less than perfect credit. We get to build a financing opportunity for customers in need. What a spectacular feeling this is. I love that everyday I get the opportunity to educate our customers on the products we offer and the benefits they are receiving.
What's your favorite car on the lot?
I would say my favorite car on the lot would be the Hyundai Sonata! Dependable, lots of room and great to take on local road trips!
What's your favorite story about selling cars to customers with bad credit?
Everyday we come into the office will be different from the day before. We get to help all sorts of customers in need of financing. Over the last 10 years my dealership has helped firemen, local law enforcement, attorneys, medical physicians, first responders, current & retired military and the everyday working employee. My job is to educate every person that needs our help that we care and you are important to MCMC ARLINGTON.
What advice do you have for buying a used vehicle?
My biggest advice to buying a used car is to always ask questions. Every vehicle is not the same.
